Hoy es el día. Se descubrió el pastel. Cualquiera que se acerque por un kiosco podrá encontrar entre las páginas de El Jueves la primera entrega de Dando la nota, así que ya podemos contarte quiénes somos y lo más importante: en qué va a consistir esto.
Dando la nota está compuesto por tres secciones: Grandes éxitos, una columna semanal escrita por John Tones sobre las paradojas y las extravagancias de la música pop; Rock Stars, una tira cómica coral donde Luis Bustos narra las desventuras de un blackmetalero gordinflón, un auténtico jevi viejuno y un pastillero maquinero, entre otros elementos; y ¡Escucha esto!, en la que Manuel Bartual (aquí un servidor) dedica sus viñetas a hablar sobre las miserias contemporáneas de músicos y fans por igual. Para rematar la página, una cita, un dato o un chascarrillo resultón pondrá punto final a cada entrega, dedicada cada semana a hablar de un mismo tema.
¿Se podrá leer todo ello aquí en el blog? No, para eso habrá que acercarse cada miércoles al kiosco con 2,50 euros en el bolsillo (que no es dinero ni es nada) y hacerse con el ejemplar correspondiente a esa semana de El Jueves, donde además de con Dando la nota uno también podrá echarse unas risas con las series, los personajes y las señoras en tetas que todas las semanas asoman por la revista que sale los miércoles. Una ganga, vamos.
¿Qué se podrá leer entonces aquí en el blog? Pues un poco de todo. Para empezar, todos los lunes adelantaremos el tema de la semana, que al margen de en la propia revista iremos abordando también en el blog a través de fotos, YouTubes, reflexiones de andar por casa, algún dibujete y fotos graciosas de gatos tocando la guitarra. No sólo eso: también habrá sorteos, listas de reproducción para darle vidilla a vuestros altavoces y algún que otro regalito, porque somos así, desprendidos por naturaleza. La idea es aprovechar las nuevas tecnologías para que esto se convierta en una extensión de lo que podréis encontrar en la revista, tanto en espíritu como en intenciones.
¡Tu verás si te lo pierdes, macho!
