El repaso que hemos dado esta semana en El Jueves a esos infelices que son los DJs de pachanga, house, drum’n'bass, progressive y otras variantes de la misma gran zurraspa madre de todo lo horrible (aunque rítmico) que hay en el mundo, no quita para que haya DJs que sí respetamos. Mixmaster Mike es uno de nuestros intocables: se le rogó que dejara de presentarse (junto a otro titán, DJ Q-Bert) a los prestigiosos DMC World DJ Championship porque ganaban siempre y así no había manera. Es el responsable del sonido de todos los discos de los Beastie Boys desde Hello Nasty, y sus compañeros de grupo le brindaron un merecido homenaje con esta sobrada de vídeo y canción: 3 MCs and one DJ.
