Canciones del verano que no dan ganas de graparse los huevos a un cáctus
¿Cómo están yendo los calores? Terribles, ¿verdad? Bueno, desde Dando la nota, lo único que podemos hacer es la risa anual en torno a la canción del verano, como podréis leer en la próxima entrega de la sección en El Jueves del miércoles. Como podéis sospechar, va a ser una semana de horrendas melodías de veraniegas y de cagarnos en la cultura del chiringuito atroz como constructor de melodías aberrantes. Sin embargo, desde el blog queremos (aunque posiblemente hable solo en mi propio nombre aquí) romper una lanza en favor de según qué canciones del verano. Independientemente de que un videoclip con gente despendolada está siempre bien, y si no te gusta la música, pones el mute de la tele, hay alguna tonadilla veraniega que no termina de cagarla a los niveles de un Waka Waka cualquiera. La solución, por supuesto, está en irse a los extremos. Por ejemplo, el italodisco de los ochenta, un extremo conceptual, estético y musical que tiene una canción de primavera-verano con el mejor de los nombres posibles: Stop Bajon, del muy acojonantemente llamado Tullio de Piscopo. Así. No a la bajona. Stop. Nada más veraniego. Stop Bajón.
La mejor canción del verano, sin embargo, es una mucho más popular, y cantada en español. Se trata de No tengo dinero, del dúo Righeira. Os recomiendo que antes de echaros las manos a la cabeza la rememoréis en todo su esplendor. Toma supervideoclip.
Aparte de que la temática de la letra resulta espectacularmente apropiada para estos tiempos, os ruego que asimiléis la cadencia melancólica de la melodía, la extraña tendencia al rarismo de la letra… ¡Parece que está describiendo un decorado de Mad Max! ¡O una novela de ciencia ficción de los setenta! Ricos extraños en edificios inexpugnables, pobres desgraciados que ansían subir a los rascacielos… la cosa menos veraniega y más empochecida que se recuerda. Muy apropiado para la que se nos viene encima. Esta podría llamarse Start Bajona.
Bueno, y luego los bailes. LOS BAILES. Anda y aprende, Beyoncé, que eres muy pesadita.
