Que Google muestre 576.000 resultados cuando se hace una búsqueda con los términos “concierto” y “estafa” debería darnos alguna pista acerca de que algo huele a podrido en el negocio musical. Salas habilitadas para 300 personas en las que la promotora acaba encajando a 3.000, conciertos benéficos que de benéficos tienen lo que nosotros de monjas o esas entradas que te anuncian por un precio y por las que acabas pagando el doble cuando se les añade los “gastos de distribución”. Gastos de distribución… ¡ríete tú del IVA!
En la entrega de esta semana de Dando la nota (en kioscos a partir de mañana entre las páginas de El Jueves) hablaremos de conciertos que son una estafa poniendo a los músicos en el punto de mira. Porque si todo lo que les rodea tiende fácilmente a oler mal, en ocasiones el verdadero pestazo sale directamente de sus guitarras. Y eso cuando están sobre el escenario el tiempo suficiente como para que las olamos…
